Academic Time & Class System

  • Morning Session : 8.15AM to 12.30PM
  • Afternoon Session: 2.30PM to 4.30PM
  • Evening Session : 6.30PM to 8.30PM
  • All the students are required to enter their class before time
  • A break is provided in the morning session from 10.15AM to 10.30AM

Teaching Methodology

  • Students are required to prepare separate assignment copy for each faculty in all the subjects.
  • Assignments will be given & checked regularly after completion of each chapter in every subjects.
  • The students are required to prepare the assignments thoroughly as most of the questions for Examination will be set from the assignments.
  • Bringing text book to class is compulsory.
  • Surprise Test may be conducted at any time.

Proctor System

  • The students will be divided into small proctor groups which will be assigned to the permanent faculties one group to each faculty
  • The proctors are required to do the performance analysis after each test & submit a report to the Principal.
  • Proctor class will be held twice a month to discuss.
  • 1. Performance analysis
    2. Academic problems
    3. Any other issues
  • Proctor class will be held daily for Summer Course students

+2 1st Year Science

  • MTS Pattern will be same for 1st Year students.
  • Half Yearly & Annual exam will comprise of full marks in each subject

+2 2nd Year Science

  • MTS (Monthly Tests) will be held on last two working days of every month
  • Day 1 : Physics, Chemistry, English
  • Day 2 : Math, Biology & IT
  • (MTS will be comprised of half the total marks in each subject)
  • Result will be published within 7 days of exam followed by performance analysis.
  • Before completion of course 1 Quarterly & 1 Pre-Test examination with full marks will be held.
  • Test exam will be held after completion of course.
  • During Revision 3 Part VSTs will be held & after completion of Revision 1 Full VST will be held.
  • After Annual Practical Examination Pre-Board Exam will be held.

Summer Courses

  • WAT (Weekly Assessment Test) will be held each Saturday in the afternoon. The WAT will be objective type.
  • The WAT will comprise of the topics taught in the previous week in all the subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Math, English, and Biology/IT). Full Mark of the test will be 100 & Duration of the test will be 1 hour 30 minutes
  • SAT (Subject Assessment Test) will be held at the end of summer course
  • The SAT will be subjective type. Schedule & time table for the test will be provided later.

+2 Science 1st Year

  • Commencement of Classes: Early July​
  • Course Completion: Mid September
  • Start of Revision: October
  • Internal Assessments: October
  • Theory Examinations: October
  • Practical Examinations: January
  • Theory Examinations: February to March

+2 Science 2nd Year

  • Commencement of Classes: Early March​
  • Course Completion: Mid September
  • Start of Revision: October
  • Internal Assessments: October
  • Theory Examinations: October
  • Practical Examinations: January
  • Theory Examinations: February to March
